Lee FlemingASJC General News

During the Summer the ASJC embarked on a Scandinavian road trip covering 2300 miles visiting eight cities in six countries with jazz linking the dots all the way. The first stop of our on-the-road jazz tour was Antwerp and in particular a brilliant pub called De Muze. Located on Melkmarkt, De Muze has been presenting artists since it was founded by Walter Masselis and Tone Pauwels in 1964. Over time De Muze began to program more and more jazz music and unique concerts from international artists such as John Lee Hooker, Memphis Slim, Dexter Gordon and Archie Shepp.」
